Introduction
Welcome to BeverageIQ™ (the "App"), a mobile application developed and maintained by Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC. These Terms of Service establish the legal agreement between you and Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC regarding your use of the App and the dentalfitnessintelligence.com website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Note: Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC operates BeverageIQ™ and the P2I™ platform under license from the trademark owner. The company is editorially and financially separate from The Dental Fitness Institute (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) and the SDF² Foundation (sdf2.org); references to those organizations on this site are for educational continuity only and do not imply joint operation, joint funding, or endorsement.
Subscription Plans
The App requires an active subscription to access all features. The following plans are offered:
- Monthly Plan, $1.99 USD per month (recurring billing).
- Annual Plan, $20.00 USD per year (≈ $1.67 / month, saving ≈ $4 annually).
- Free Trial, 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Nature of Subscription Payments
Subscription payments to BeverageIQ™ are commercial subscription fees paid to Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC, a for-profit company. They are not charitable donations. Subscription payments are not tax-deductible and no charitable-contribution receipt is issued. Any prior representation suggesting these payments were charitable donations to The Dental Fitness Institute (501(c)(3)) is superseded by these Terms; the 501(c)(3) does not sell, license, or receive net proceeds from this commercial subscription.
Auto-Renewal
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription fee for the next billing period unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings before the renewal date.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Payment is collected by the respective platform. You agree to comply with the payment terms and conditions of the app store through which you subscribe.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app-store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date. We do not offer in-app cancellation. Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies; we do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through their respective support channels.
Data Privacy & Security
The App's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. The App does not collect or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). The App is not a medical device and operates independently of HIPAA requirements. The Kids Zone (Sabertooth's Den) is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): all data is stored locally on the device only, no user accounts are required, and no analytics or tracking technologies are employed.
Account & Data Removal
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion request: all local device data is purged immediately; your account information is removed from our records; and you are unsubscribed from future billing cycles. Anonymized DFS data previously submitted for research may be retained because it cannot be re-associated with you.

All content within the App and on this website, including the DentalFitMatch™ game, educational materials, and the Kids Zone, is provided for educational purposes only. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical or dental advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional medical or dental advice. Always consult a licensed dental or healthcare provider for medical or dental concerns.
Dental Fitness Score (DFS) disclaimer. The Dental Fitness Score is a proposed scoring index pending clinical validation. The DFS should be interpreted as a relative ranking, not as an absolute clinical prediction or medical diagnosis. Your DFS score does not replace professional dental evaluation.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The following marks are owned by and registered to Jarred K. Donald, DDS, FAGD, and are licensed to Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC for commercial use under the BeverageIQ™ and P2I™ products: Dental Fitness®, Dental Fitness Score™, DentalFitMatch™, BeverageIQ™, SodaBite™, BiteBack™, AquaBite™, P2I™, P2I™ CDDS, and Dental Fitness Intelligence™. These marks may not be used without explicit written permission, except as displayed within the App as part of authorized use. The DFS formula is published openly; you agree not to misrepresent or distort the formula in commercial materials.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Dental Fitness Intelligence LLC is not liable for any health outcomes, dental conditions, or medical consequences resulting from reliance on Service content. You use the Service at your own risk.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: violate applicable law; harass, abuse, or discriminate; gain unauthorized access to our systems; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract code from the App; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property; or resell or redistribute the App or your access to it.
Modifications to These Terms
We may modify these Terms with notice to users. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
